Real people look to role models for examples of how to live. In the Old Testament, David was a real life example of how to look beyond our weaknesses and live a life of passion for God. David had struggles with sin, he had anguish and doubts, but he discovered how to be a “man after God(tm)s own heart•. This 11-week series will provide insights into growing our passion for God.

Location: Room 205
Target: Ladies Only
Teacher(s): Marilyn Eylander
Contact: Darlene Thompson (darlenet@bca-online.com)
Marilyn will be teaching a six-week series based on our upcoming Women's Conference theme, “SOAR.” Isaiah 40:31 says, "But those who wait hopefully for the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
What do we need to enable us to soar on wings like eagles above our circumstances in life? In the past eight months, Marilyn has been learning to soar above the physical issues that have come into her life, including breast cancer, which was diagnosed in October 2011. Through this journey God has shown Himself to be a very real present help in this time of need. We look forward to seeing you there!
The DNA of Relationships (May 2 - Jun 20)
Location: Room 202 (on June 20 in Room 205)
Target: Adults of all ages
Teacher(s): Dean & Nelda Kinzel
Contact: Dean Kinzel (kinzeld@comcast.net)
When you and I look around, we see countless relationships that need a miracle. We have experienced that same crisis in our own lives many times. Every day we see, and at the same time, ourselves all too frequently experience the evidence of shattered relationships. Whether it be husbands and wives, parents and children, sisters and brothers, neighbors and co-workers who aren't talking to each other, who intentionally or unintentionally hurt each other.
What if you discovered a method for restoring your most treasured relationships plus a method of communication with anyone you may come in contact with, therefore, increasing your satisfaction in life? What you will experience in this series will have an impact upon your total life. It will have an impact far beyond your total relationships because we are surrounded by millions of people in relationship crisis.
Your next question is most likely, "How can I do that?” This study teaches men and women alike the DNA of relationships, the pattern of their unique relationship and communication principles and gives simple steps for building healthy relationships. Does it seem far-fetched that by understanding and applying a few key concepts, as outlined in this 8-week course, sour relationships can turn sweet and anger can give way to joy? What a difference it can make when you understand and live the “DNA of Relationships". The ultimate goal in you taking this class is for you to build great relationships, at the same time, to encourage you to take what you have learned and multiply it in the lives of others around you, thus having a profound impact on our culture.
